Ethics & Impartiality Policy

INTEGRITY and TRUTH form the foundation of what we do at Proliance Ltd. We are committed to conduct all our business operations with high regards to integrity, impartiality and professionalism at all times. It is therefore the policy of the Company not to condone fraud, partiality and malpractices of any kind in her business activities. This includes fraud or malpractice against fellow staff, the Company or her Clients as well as the general public. It shall therefore constitute an offence for a staff, supplier or any person performing work on behalf of Proliance Ltd to work without due observance of acceptable ethics and moral codes which forbids malpractices, frauds, bribery and corruption, etc., of any degree.

Business Operations & Transparency

It is the policy of the company that all business operations are carried in transparent and clear manner to ensure ethics and impartiality compliance. Any member of Proliance Ltd, or person performing work on behalf of the Company, involved or suspected to be involved in any fraud, bribery (Offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting something of value to influence business decisions), partiality or malpractice shall be duly investigated by a Management panel lead by the Managing Partner or designated authority to determine the extent of the Staff involvement in the suspected fraud or malpractice. An offence which includes, but are not limited to; stealing, requesting or taking of bribes, forgery of bills, documents or official papers/reports with the purpose to cheat or deceive, etc. shall attract summary dismissal without benefits, blacklisting of the supplier and may also attract prosecution as the case may be and in line with applicable law.

Risk Management & Control Measures

On an ongoing basis, we shall determine risks to impartiality and ethics and ensure proper documentation of identified control measures for proper management.

Compliance, Awareness & Reporting

Proliance Ltd shall ensure that personnel and suppliers performing work on behalf of the company is equipped with the right resources and made aware of the consequences of non-compliance to this policy, as an individual and to the company at large. All staff of the company are advised to comply with the best and acceptable moral guide and exhibit the highest level of integrity in carrying out works for and on behalf of the company. Staff are also encouraged to report all suspected cases of fraud, partiality and malpractices to Management, without delay, for adequate and timely response.
